So, So, So Busy. Sorry Guys!

So as you can tell I've skipped from day two to day six. Well this is because the last four days have been manic! Halloween, videos and coming to terms with reality and starting to revamp my life. So lets start with Halloween..


BOO!! How was your Halloween guys? What did you do?  I've decided to post my Twitter and Facebook at the bottom of each Blog so you guys can keep in touch with me. I'll talk about that in a bit. My Halloween was awesome. My costume got such a good response from everyone. I went to the local pub for a fancy dress get together thing. It was awesome. Everyone looked amazing and It was just great. What did you guys dress as? --Check Out my costume below--. I ordered a costume from Amazon and the picture looked great but when I received my costume I was extremely disappointed with the mask. So I took my DIY skills to the next level and customized it. And it looked way better. The makers gave me some money ack which was a nice gesture so overall, I was happy.


Videos, Videos, Videos. I have been on high demand on videos. I've applied for a Partnership with YouTube and so I've been none stop with making videos. I've got new software so I can add Facecam to my Outlast playthrough and other games. I want to expand my range of games so this is where YOU guys, the ROOCREW, come in. I have a Twitter dedicated to my channel and would LOVE it if you guys twitted me requests for games to play, videos to make etc. I am also going to be doing challenges, with friends and alone, so challenge me to stuff. My Twitter and Facebook will be at the bottom. I've also made my first advice video (which I mentioned in my previous Blog), which I shall upload to YouTube. It's my first one so go easy.


I've undergone so personal problems lately. I've been very emotional and quite upset over nothing. So I've decided it's time for me to "Grow Up". I am changing who I am because quite frankly, I'm not happy with myself. I feel insecure and not right. So I'm trying to build weight and muscle, I'm buying myself smarter but nice clothing and I'm going to do more. I'm going to buy myself a proper video camera so everything I capture I can show to you guys. I want you with me on this journey. I'm going to explore more of the world, do more things such as make random videos, go to museums, do more stuff like theme parks, thrilling stuff, go to different countries and you Roo's are going with me. So this is a new start. And it's going to be AWESOME!!!

My Lazy Day. Not For My Brain Though!

So day two of my Blog. How very interesting it's been so far! I joke of course but I promise it'll get better. I know hardly anyone will read but I just like writing to people. And maybe someone will read this and maybe relate? So, let's get to it.

Firstly and probably the most important thing, I'm going to do a follow on Blog/Vlog beside this one. So this one will be my day to day life on achieving my dreams and doing something with my life (writing a blog is going something Roo? Seriously? Shup). But anyway second Blog/Vlog will be my life experiences. I know, that sounds so fun! But seriously, I want to be able to give people advice on stuff that I learnt the hard way so they don't have too. If it's relationship advice, how to approach a girl, a job interview, sex for the first time, or whatever else. I wanna share my stories to help you guys. So that'll be up and running soon! Either on the same site as this or my YouTube. I'll let you guys know when it's up and running. Roo, the agony uncle!

Now, to tell you about my lazy day. Well.. it's been lazy aha. I haven't really done much today as I stayed in to wait for a parcel that didn't show up. Typical. I've played the Xbox and watched Tv, not to mention listen to music. I wish I had something to review but I don't. Now onto the dreaming stage of things...

I sat down and seriously thought about my life, thought about work and the fact that I find myself skint every month. And that got me thinking. I'm literally going to save up every pay check until I feel I'm ready to stop. I made myself a saving folder with inspirational words on the front to keep me saving. I have a handmade calendar inside with how much I have to spend every month (on rent, food, phone-bill etc) and then the rest is going into savings. My idea end date would be my birthday but that's 11 months away. Can I do it? I'm going to f**king try! All that money can go towards travelling which is one of my dreams. 

I was thinking about my life in detail. About what I want and when I want it. Looking at my sisters lives and how much they've done compared to me. So I've decided and am going to stick to these key things:

• SAVE, SAVE, SAVE!!
• Stay single. As much as I love having someone to cuddle at night, girlfriends are time consuming and take a lot of money. Girlfriend and kids can come any time in the future. Enjoy my freedom... Unless someone takes me by surprise and steals my heart.
• EXPLORE MORE. Enjoy the scenery, look around and go exploring. Travel more and see more of the world. 

Random topic of the day. I really want to buy a proper camera and video camera to capture all them one off experiences in life. I am determined to do so, this of course would help with my Blogs on my day to day life and for when I go travelling.

About me. Richard Smith.

I start off with the about me because I always find it the hardest to say, and probably one of the most important things to start off with. No point in my talking and talking and you guys have no idea who I am. So here it goes. Me.

My name is Richard Peter Smith. A simple name but a name nonetheless. I am 22 years old and am currently living in the south of England, near Brighton. But I haven't always lived here. I've actually only been living here for just over a year. I was born and raised in Chelmsford, Essex and how I came about living down here is a happy story with a sad ending. But right now, that doesn't matter. I obviously have parents, and their names are Karen and Peter Smith. I have three sisters, (Order from oldest to youngest but all older than me. The only boy and the youngest child) Laura, Victoria and Stephanie Smith. I also have two beautiful nieces Amelia and Eliza and a very strapping young nephew Alexander. (Who looks like me).

So, my hobbies and interests? This is probably like everyone else now because this is 'mainstream' but I was this before it was mainstream. And the 'this' I'm referring to is a geek. A proper geek. Not like the mainstream wannabes that claim they are a geek because they've watched two of the Batman films and now believe they know everything about Batman. (I say two because 99% of the time, they've only watched The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises.). I was a geek in school and got bullied for it. Now the guys that bullied me are now 'geeks' ergh. Anyway rant over.
When I say I'm a geek I'm not just referring to films but comics, graphic novels, video games, the lot. I have pretty good knowledge on both Marvel and DC. I just love them, I love escaping into the world, it's a nice escape from reality.

I love music. I listen to music pretty much everyday. It's just such an inspiring thing! I am listening to music as I write this! Anyway, I really want to learn to play the saxophone. The sounds it makes is amazing but until I learn how to play it, I'll have to stick to dancing. And yes, I just said dancing. I love dancing, and I'm not talking about standing in a club bobbing up and down, I'm talking about proper dancing, like jive and street. Dancing is a passion of mine and whenever I get the chance to boogie, I will!

Video games, boy do I love video games. I'm not going to talk too much about this because it's pretty standard. I love all games and play them a lot. Click on my Google Profile and it'll take you to my YouTube. I record gameplay videos but so far it's a flop. Aha.

Getting fit. Right, this is a strange one for me. I'm about average size but people seem to think I'm too skinny. When I was 11, I got food poisoning on holiday. I was extremely ill and lost a lot of weight in a short period of time. This lead on to IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome) which is a life long illness. I find it extremely hard to put on weight but I'm trying. Three meals a day, full fat milk and working out to tone up. So far it's going pretty good. Just need to really work on building weight! Wish me luck guys.

I love writing. I write stories but never get round to finishing them due to believing they are not good enough. My best friend Ryan Phillips and I write all the time, we are currently working on a Trilogy called the Blood Trilogy. It's based in a fantasy world which we have made up. Tattoos and piercings. Unfortunately, I am still yet to get a tattoo. I am booking one of the 15th of next month and it's going to be epic! I love the design and I cannot wait. I am currently stretching my ear and have a lip piercing (they use to be snakebites but then I lost one and it healed over). My dream is to have sleeve tattoos and a few more piercings. (See picture below)

Now let's get to the point at hand. Why am I writing this blog. Because I'm a dreamer. I like to believe that something 'different' will happen in my life. I want to become an actor (how very cliché I know but I do, I really do). I want to travel the world and see incredible things. I don't want to be the average Joe like everyone else and live to work and work to live. I DO NOT WANT THAT LIFE. I want to do something different. And this is just the start. Maybe one day mine and Ryan's stories will get published, maybe one day one of my dreams will come true. I'm single, I'm young and I'm free and I want to capitalize on that.. and I want to bring you guys along for the journey! That's why I'm doing this. Everyday. And when that day does come that I achieve one of my dreams, you guys would of backed me all the way. I want to buy a decent camera for some amazing photos and a video camera to capture all them awesome moments in life. But right now, my phone will do! So.. Day One is over. And I shall see you guys tomorrow.
